I chose this service for the cheap price and the we-deliver-next-day promise. I ordered my box on a wednesday, as friday I flew back to my home country and I wanted to pack my bicycle for the trip. It did not arrive, I got it today (it's tuesday, next week), and it was left outside the house, next to the wall... it's november. It's raining. The box is still damp, but fortunately it was not ruined, as there was only light rain today, however I do find it hard to believe that it is impossible to use the bell and ask a neighbour to let the courier in, and leave it in the cellar of the house, or at the apartment (it's an apartment building, with 16 flats). I even wrote on the commentary box to do so. Anyway, at the first failed delivery a lady asked me in e-mail what to do, told her the same, or to tell me when they will deliver so I can wait for them at home. This was their solution... Funny, because it's sad.
Nicht gut , nie wieder , erst wurde mir die Lieferung zugesagt , dann verschoben eine Woche , dann nochmal 3 wochen verschoben , dann habe ich abgesagt , geld zurck dauert auch 2 wochen
